So we order a lot of Italian-made pasta. This pasta is amazing. If you simply follow the directions, you get tagliatelle that's absolutely amazing and can be the base of so many yummy dishes. It's great with just butter and garlic or olive oil and garlic. In other words, any simple sauce preparation will be glorified by these excellent noodles.
