No more tomato loss.
Works great, easy to use, just twist and scoop and stem core is gone. Wash in dishwasher.

Really handy tool
I use these to core apples for baking, hull strawberries, seed cucumbers and squash, but most importantly for coring tomatoes. We use these for canning - they core and remove the peel from blanched tomatoes quickly and easily with less waste (how much tomato are you discarding when using a paring knife???). I've given two sets as gifts and they love them too. Handy little gadget.

Worked For Me
Could be a bit stronger, but if you hold it by the base and don't force it, it will hold up for a long time - don't know why I waited so long to buy one...

Used This Years Ago in Fast Food
We used this years ago in a very large fast food chain. We could core on average about 1 tomato per second without bending the cup into the handle. The trick is to twist and scoop at the same time. If you attempt to plow straight into the core, it will bend. Once you get the hang of it, it is quite easy and efficient. For the money, it is a good buy. I give this product 5 stars because I have cored hundreds (maybe even thousands) of tomatoes with exact duplicate design without a hitch. I purchased some to use and some to give as stocking stuffers.

Works well but edges are sharp!
They do a great job in coring the tomatoes, but the edges of the handle are very sharp! After coring just a few tomatoes I found my fingers had cuts all over them were the edge of the handle had not been finished smoothly.
