Migraine relief
I purchased this product to see if it would help with chronic migraine. It can be hard to find supplements of the recommended daily dosage and form of magnesium but this version fits these criteria; and came with good reviews. I have not experienced any side effects since starting to take the supplement, and suspect it may be beginning to help relieve the intensity of the daily migraines I was experiencing. It may not work for everyone but it might be worth a try.

High Potency Magnesium
These capsules appear to work well. I know this as I notice I get restless legs if I forget to take them for a few days. They also work well for migraine prophylaxis. The potency per capsule is one of the highest I could find on Amazon. Don’t be fooled by the “serving size” milligram measurements given by some brands - these can sometimes entail taking 4 or so tablets to get the recommended dose. 1 star off as they are on the pricey side - but with good reason.

Easy to swallow, easy to use.
Even though this product is a large capsule, it is very easy to swallow. This is beneficial because I have a lot of different pills that I must take each day.

I have no idea regarding the effectiveness of absorbency of the magnesium glyconate capsules. I was advised by my son, who is a doctor, to take them because I have severe osteoarthritis.
