Dress was beautiful both in colour and material vise but it was loose near chest area

Really good product wore this dress for my college freshers party!! It is elegant and with that slit cut and sleeves it gives sassy vibes as well. Giving this product 4 stars because of the it was somewhat loose and fabric felt little cheap.
