Fits the bath tap perfectly so now have a hose attached to the tap which is great when theres no shower. Flip from hose to tap by moving the bar up or down no probs

Works well but poor instructions
Despite watching the video and reading the product information (and reviews), there are no clear instructions on installation and use of the washers and adapter (which arrives already attached and has to be removed if you are attaching to a male tap). Once I worked it out, fitted extra washers and really tightened the connections, all worked great and it will be very useful. I had the brushed finish which perfectly matches my tap. Lost a star for lack of instructions.

Much better than competitor products - sturdy and great quality material
A lot of items like this look good on photos but then when they arrive turns out it's plastic, or not up to standard, that was the case with my last diverter which broke in a little over a year.This one surprised me because it's sturdy, heavy and you can tell its great quality and exactly what I needed. I used it to add a shower to my bathtub but it can also be used to install a bidet spray for your toilet or something like that.Great value for money, quality product.

Waste of money
Screw the connector and everything was working fine, water was coming out of all the right places and no leaks occurred so I was very happy. Went on to screw on the valve to the connector then and once done there were moderate leaks from two separate places. The bottom part of the connector is absolutely fine therefore the only explanation it must be that the screw bit of the valve is faulty despite all the isolation bits. Water pressure also significantly decreases after this is installed, you could only imagine what it is like after you add a hose and a shower head to the mix. Greatly disappointed by this product but I am also stuck with it as a shower that leaks water out of everywhere and has a low pressure is still better than no shower at all I suppose....what a waste!
