Best of the battery amps
It sounds great, the battery life is excellent, it’s very portable, what else is there to say?

Completely worth every penny
So after having this amp for a little less than a month I can say it was worth every dollar. Really great tone out of such a small amp, the drive channel sounds really nice as well as the clean, the built in delay does it’s job adding a little bit of life to your tone, and the amp is surprisingly dynamic with how you strum chords and play notes. The Bluetooth is also a plus. I guess the only issue I have with it would be that when I try using the LSI feature It has way too much feedback. Maybe that just might be because my iPhone isn’t up to date or because I have an XR and have to use that adapter. Other than that I couldn’t be happier with this product. This is my third Laney product as I own a laney cub 12 and a Laney Lionheart 2x12. Would definitely reccomend for someone that wants to have a great little practice amp for low volume practicing or to have on the go

Laney mini Lion battery powered amp..
I ended up exchanging for a "name brand competitor" but I will say, I like that this had 2 speakers, the navy tolex, white knobs and biege grill cloth looked outstanding and it felt solid. It just wasn't the type of tone that I like, a little to throaty for me.. Tone is totally subjective so who knows, if you like mid range tones then this may be perfect for you?

Sweet sound
I play jazz, and the clean sound of this amp is just what I was looking for during early morning playing. The delay livens the tone up some, too.

And it has WiFi
Very portable and light weight, nice sound. I like the effects like reverb and tone. I also like that it has WiFi , I can play music from my phone. It can play with with AA batterys , or you buy from amazon a power cord about eight dollars.

Small sound, nothing special, buy something cheaper.
These little amps all seem to have a small sound, which makes sense until you realize that there are quality bluetooth speakers that exist and produce full range sounds. I’ve not found a mini guitar amp yet that produces a nice full range sound. I have an old bluetooth soundlink that is half this size and produces a nice full sound at more volume. I had to give up on these lunchbox speakers and finally went up to a spark, which is the size of a toaster oven. It has the full sound I’m looking for, but no battery power.Feature wise, this little amp is just fine. However, I did not like my experience testing tonebridge. I used an ipad and the gain and drive controls on the amp made it difficult to find the intended tone. In comparison, using the irig with its single gain control and a PA is easy.In summary, you can spend much less. This one isn’t special.

It’s amazing. Great sound quality.
I’ve been using it for about a month and playing almost everyday for an hour at the least. Sound is great for home practice. Doesn’t bother the neighbors which is the primary purpose I got this for.

Buen producto

Bang for your buck: Dynamics and Versatility that WILL surprise you
This mini amp is superb. I went looking for a nice lil amp that wasn't the boss katana mini (dunno what it is about the sound, just doesn't have much, I guess character? Hard to put a finger on it), to put on my desk at home for quick access to a good sound. For such a small amp, its got a beautiful sound that is well suited to both single coil and humbucker (my american pro strat and prs se c24 sound fabulous through it). The sound is so good I've gotten inspired to right a fair few riffs already. So here's was you get for sub 100 quid:6 Watts: The myth that low wattage negates a good sound is properly blown outta the water here. I practice in a large open plan living room/kitchen/dining area (lots of reverb) and I do not disturb anyone. I've played this in a room next door to my sleeping nephew on a higher setting and he wasn't disturb by it (I didn't know he was asleep but good to know :/). There isn't a lot of headroom but that is to be expected. Clarity and tone is still tasty.Clean channel: I love this clean so much that I'm looking at getting a laney 30 watt version of this amp. I've found the sound beautiful in every context i enjoy (blues, singer-songwritery, jazz, folk, instrumental rock/post rock and prog metal). Its sparkly/bright and high-ended focused for sure.Drive channel: Surprisingly dynamic range here. The 6 and below is a wide arc of pushing the above mentioned clean tone from light to hard rockin'. Most impressive part of the amp tbh. Above 6, you're in a good spot for popping a gain pedal in front of the amp and. it. RIPS! I love prog metal and putting my horizon devices precision drive in from of the gain at 9 with my PRS in the bridge position is better than any practice amp has a right to sound.Bringing me to: It takes pedals on very well. The above is a high quality OD designed for modern prog metal players in mind. I've also put a classic TS 808/mini, Tone City Sweet Cream, and Suhr Riot in front of it and all sound great. Have also tried some delays/reverbs. I've not put my pedal board in front because its not really why the amp is there if that makes sense?Bells and whistles: The tape delay function doubles down as very pretty delay tone that compliments the clean channel more than the gain channel but both are good. If you put the delay tone up but the speed/rate of the decay to slightly above zero, you have a vintage sounding reverb that's quite pleasent. Not my cuppa tea but it does the job in terms of filling the sound out a bit.For the practice junky, this also works with Tonebridge, an app designed to effectively bluetooth a digital imprint of a guitar tone to recreate classic sounds from famous popular songs. The John Mayer 'Who did you think I was' slaps with a lot of satisfaction. Its fun to use and for someone starting out, I would say extremely inspiring, almost overwhelming in options. Also it rockin' practice amp doubles as a battery powered portable bluetooth speaker....so like, woo!
