Well made, heavy durable construction, excellent finish, good instructions. Highly recommended
Tools & supplies that I used:• Sawzall with blade for thick metal (for cutting vertical post to correct height)• Hammer drill (for drilling into concrete stoop)• Cordless drill with ¼” bit (for drilling into wall)• Level, pencil, and tape measure• Black paint (for cut end of post and exposed screw at wall connection)• Scissors/knife for cutting shim strips• Rubber mallet for tapping base into vertical post• Can of compressed air to clear out the drilled holes• Socket drive with 5/16” socketI invested about 2.5 hours total over two days. I'm moderately handy with a workshop full of tools, so it was not a challenge to install. The Sawzall and hammer drill really made it easy. The instructions are easy to follow. I decided to use the included concrete screws for anchoring the base. They seem to bite into the concrete well. If it ever works loose, I’ll just drill the holes larger and use expansion or sleeve anchors. I found the included driver bit inadequate for the concrete screws so I used a socket set. The included drill bit worked great with the hammer drill into concrete, but it was far too dull when it came time to drill into the wood.

Good quality Handrail but included screw kit not really usable!
I ordered the Handrail for a 3 step staircase from the house into the laundry room. The quality of the Handrail is very good. Sturdy and professional made Handrail. It was worth the price. But the included screw kit did not work for me. The quality of that assembly kit was the exact opposite. I bought STAINLESS STEEL WEDGE ANCHORS to install the Handrail professional on a concrete floor and for the wall connection I used HOLLOW WALL ANCHORS. But it all depends on what type of wall or floor you have and the Handrail will be installed. You have to consider and add the cost for good anchors that do the job and holds the Handrail in place.

Very Sturdy
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the person who installed it for me had to replace the hardware it came with. To be fair, I wanted it installed between a brick wall and a cement pad (with rocks under the cement). Otherwise, the railing has made it possible for my 94 YO mother to negotiated three uneven steps between the kitchen and her garden safely. Very pleased.

Very High Quality
I do not write many reviews, but this product is a very high quality product, built well using heavy gauge steel. I did not think that the quality was going to be this good. In addition all the welds are done perfect with no sharp edges, great quality.

Sturdy. Couple of installation adjustments were necessary.
Railing was sturdily build. The concrete screws provided didn't look appropriate so I bought wedge bolts which worked well. Was surprised the shiny metal bolt used to secure the black colored upper section didn't have a cover of some sort to hide the dramatic color difference. Will have to get some flat black paint to hide it.

Quality product, easy installation
The railing does what it is intended for, it is a sturdy railing and well crafted. However, as other reviews have mentioned, use a different type of anchor, screws and concrete don't mix well unless there is something else to help lock the two together. Since the holes are drilled, I will probably get some wedge anchors of the same size and use those instead.

Door handrail
Had to have a concrete drill to get through. Its right handed, would have preferred left.

Very elegant style
I used this iron handrail for the step in my garage going into my house.. There is 2 steps and it is perfect for this handrail. One side of the rail is attached to the wall and the other side is attached to the ground. It is very sturdy and I like it a lot..
