Good piece for installing a dishwasher.
I recently installed a dishwasher in our kitchen and needed this piece for the drain tube on the dishwasher. It fit well after cutting it to the side we needed and the drain tube fit perfectly with a hose clamp. We had never had a dishwasher, so I had to reconfigure the plumbing and electricity in order to install it. One thing to note: our kitchen sink is a dual sink, and I had to do a fair amount of work with the other pieces to get everything to fit and function correctly. My suggestion if you have a dual sink is to buy a dual-sink kit with the dishwasher port built in rather than use this single-sink piece on one side. It'll make the whole plumbing setup a lot easier with less parts and less problem-solving.
