Zoom only. Does not function as originally advertised.
After months of trying this out with WebEx I finally found some documentation that states that it only works fully with Zoom. The original advertising and information on Amazon and even MXL website didn't highlight this limitation and sold it as a plug and play Zoom conferencing audio option (Should've said Zoom ONLY option). Recent updates on Amazon are more concise, but now I've lost my trust in this company after wasting $1200 on two of these mic arrays and not being able to return them. It only works as effectively as one of the 4 individual mics with any software other than Zoom. If you have Zoom it's probably a pretty great mic. Too bad it doesn't work as an array with Teams or WebEx.Update - MXL unofficially points to Voicemeeter software as a solution to aggregate the audio channels. I haven't tried it yet.

Excellent sound quality, solid design and quality
Great sound quality and easy cabling for multiple units. Comes with cables for every configuration. Possibly the only drawback is needing an AC power brick for additional, linked microphone units. I’m guessing this is not a limitation of the MXL product but rather a power limitation for USB-C. Everyone in the office appreciates improvement these microphones have made to our audio conferencing.

Solved our meeting audio issues
We bought one to test, and it worked so well we bought a second to extend the first one. Fantastic conferencing microphones solved our meeting audio issues.

Stopped working after 5 months - update
I got ahold of someone from MXL who was pretty knowledgeable and helpful. They were willing to take a look at the one I thought had died, but it started working again before i sent it in. The upshot of all this is that we use these microphones for webex meetings, and webex is constantly updating their app. The functionality of these microphones depend on webex (or zoom or teams) to be able to recognize and handle the microphone array. Every so often, a webex update makes the microphones act a little wonky. Otherwise, they work really well. I'm buying 2 more.I've used this microphone successfully for the past 5 months in a courtroom environment. The microphone has 4 (or 5?) microphones linked together within this one unit. With the 5 volt power supply plugged in, this microphone rocks! It picks up everything within a 25 foot radius, very clearly, in all directions. Without the power supply, USB from the computer can only give it enough power to allow one of the 4 to function, picking up sound from only one direction. I found this out when someone turned off the power strip in the middle of a court case a few months ago.So when it stopped working so excellently last week and acted like there was no power to it again, I double and triple-checked the power, and the power supply still puts out 5 volts, and the blue indicator light comes on when not connected to USB. So I know it's getting power to the microphone, but something internally is blown, I guess, and there's no difference in the microphone's ability to pick up sound whether the power supply is plugged in or not. This microphone is crucial to our remote testimony in our courtroom, and has been working great for 5 months. I'm hoping the manufacturer MXL(?) will see this and lend us a hand. This item was purchased through Amazon as a reseller, and Amazon has not been able to help. Up until this problem, this review would have been 5 stars. Now, I don't know. Hoping I can get some customer service. Thanks, Patrick

Not worth the cost
Cords are too short and it doesn’t give as good of reception as promised. Much better and cheaper alternatives
