Amata Life by Dr. Christiane Northrup Pueraria Mirifica Plus Capsules 30 Day

I started these supplements 3 weeks ago and I will not be without them. I’ve learned that perimenopause is an evolution of figuring out what works until the day it doesn’t and then finding what works in the present. Well this works! I was in so much joint and muscle pain and suffered from fatigue so badly I couldn’t believe the symptoms were all due to the hormonal fluctuations of perimenopause. I thought surely I had some dread disease that was eventually going to kill me. I ordered Amata Life Puerariria Mirifica in utter desperation. Within 1 week, I was out of pain. (To be fair, I also listened to Dr. Northrup’s advice and gave up sugar as well.) I felt more like my 40-something self. I am 3 weeks in and the hot flashes are gone and I’m actually sleeping better than I have in years. I would recommend this supplement, as well as Dr. Northrup’s books, videos and podcasts to anyone navigating the landscape of perimenopause.

Great all natural and better than synthetic hormones

This product hydrates the skin from within. I couldn't believe that something so low in price compared to other products out there could work such miracles on my skin. I went from having very dry flaky, very itchy patches on my arms with skin that looked like a dry lake bed to skin that is almost perfect. It's wonderful. I am also drinking around 80 ounces of water a day too. I was drinking 64 ounces before taking this product. The down side to this is that I have mild early morning sweats. Really mild but I would trade that for the hydrated skin any day. Also, it took about 2 months for this to happen. So if you don't see immediate results, be patient.

This works really well for me with menopause by keeping tissues flexible and lubricated from the inside. It doesn't have the synthetic folic acid which other brands have. It does not help me with hot flashes so I take rhubarb pills for that.

These made my heart race! I was truly worried I’d have to go to the ER. Should have been a label warning for those with heart-related issues - potentially dangerous.

I really like the work Dr. Northrup has done over the past few decades, I trust her to keep offering her expertise and wisdom to women

I was super excited to get these but after only 2 days of taking them, I had severe stomach issues. I took the amount prescribed and was on other herbs prior so not sure why but I may try again later.

Great product. Within 3 days I felt more comfort and juice during the intercourse.
