Comfort and quality

These are cloth backed but don't let that fool you because they have a really great absorbency. The tabs are pretty secure with a hook and loop style so they can be adjusted when needes. There is no waistband at the front or rear which would step up the fit. They do run a tad bit smaller than what I've used in the past. So if you're right on the fence in sizes I would go up one. They are quiet and discreet but cab be a bit bulky in the seat. So definitely not something if you are on your feet all day. I would imagine the padding would bunch up too much. But the absorbency amount for thw price is hard to beat.

Besides the comfort, I liked the performance and also how it was made. I would continue to buy them as I use 3/day, but they are more expensive and I can’t afford them.

Love the stretch & 1-strip fastener! Much easier to fasten that those briefs with 2 itty-bitty tabs. Husband loves ease of adjustability & absorbency for many comfortable hours of wear.

I like how the tabs can be re-velcroed. They are absorbable and keep their shape. They also don’t irritate the skin

I love the feeling and how comfortable they are.I use them with plastic pants and have no leaks. For heavy wetters it will leak if used alone.

These were advertised as 'incontince briefs,' in other words something a person could pull on. They are not briefs, they are yard-long strips. One person cannot put them on at all because they have to somehow reach behind themselves, pull up the back half while holding onto the front half, and then fasten side tabs to keep them on. Totally unusable and very expensive, over $100 down the tube.

I purchased these for use post hip replacement when I would not be able to timely reach the bathroom. I tried several products and found that each has their uses. I wanted something that would fasten on the sides and not pull on (check). I wanted something extremely absorbent for night time use (check). I have not had any leaks or "overflow" when using this product. That said, it is difficult to self-fit the brief tightly (yet still no leaks). Because of the placement of the absorbent material, I notice a large bulge in the front of the brief, thus would not wear these during the day. The brief has lots of extra material on the top and sides that get in my way. Overall, I like them to use at night, when I need protection the most but not during the day, when I want a more streamlined appearance.

A good product. Keep buying it. Nurse says the tabs hard to get unstuck. I don't have prob. with that.

These are not super special than other generic brands. But the are pricey as compared to the utility.
