Well made, but I pulled out the motor and fan and used it to fix a different brand fan in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to do. No wiring since the fan motor just plugs into a 110v socket. The old fan and frame come out easy enough. Fan slides off the motor shaft. Had to enlarge one hole in the old fan frame a wee bit for the new motor shaft.Quieter than the old fan. I used this as a wake up call to clean the other two bathroom fans and spray some oil where the shaft sticks out of the bottom of the motor. They all run better now.

I actually used this to repair an existing unit that I have. I have no idea if this is the same make or model as the one currently in my bathroom but the parts were interchangeable with no modifications needed and works perfectly. It's been about 6 months and no issues. I'm ecstatic. Disassembly and installation was easy. I even used the new louvers that came with this one to give my old one a more modern look and they fit.

This is the only bathroom fan that I've found that supports the 4" exhaust duct natively and that is also about 7.2" square. I had to replace the fan in my condo because the old one was going bad, and the builders had used a 3" exhaust fan with a 4" duct, leaving a large gap and failing to properly vent the bathroom to the roof.If you need a tiny ceiling fan (7.2" square) with a 4" duct, I'm pretty sure that nothing else exists.

Fan was very simple to install, gives great airflow and is good if you aren’t looking to spend that much money for a quality fan.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The cover looks very modern and it is very quite. It was a little larger than my 1990 exhaust fan but my general contractor had no problem cutting out some ceiling space and getting it to fit. When I told him how cheap Amazon was selling it for, he exclaimed "you gotta be kidding me! I'm going to get one too!"

I installed this in my 2nd half bathroom within about an hour. Keep in mind that this has flanges on both sides of the unit that need to be nailed or stapled into the joists so attic access is a must if this is going to be installed in a fully finished bathroom.It is a little bit on the noisy side of the scale (nothing too loud), but is totally acceptable for a spare bathroom.

attic vent works great for price and our need. i didnt install it my husbund did and was very happy!

We already had this fan, but the motor had gone on it. My husband robbed the motor from this and avoided having to change out the whole thing. It has worked out great! We would buy again! Great noice level!

I like the way this looks on the wall i installed it. it was super easy to install and does the trick in the bathroom i used it for.my only gripe is the fan is kind of loud but its the basement bathroom so im not overly concerned about it.

Product as advertised and delivery was quick. Note: this fan is quite noisy...it is due to the way it is designed, but it is economical. If you don't mind the noise, this product has been installed in 1000s of homes, so it is a good replacement.

It does the job. It's not fancy or gimmicky. It's just a regular old fan, very straightforward. An especially nice option for people who are into flipping houses, and want cheaper (but still relatively GOOD) exhaust fans for their bathrooms!

at 70 cfm and 4 sones it is about the smallest and loudest fan out there...…..you can get a better deal for a cheap fan almost anywhere...…..i just didnt feel like looking.....i am happy with fan.....4 sones quite loud...….a quietfan is 1 sone, it is approx the noise a refridgerator makes
