The reviews for this product were all over the place but it looked like a nice set for a low price. There were no instructions but none are needed. Very intuitive. The storage bag is very handy and roomy enough to easily hold all parts. All of the devices are great for me - a 70-yr-old woman with average sized hands. I want to use these to maintain hand strength. I love them. However, I really can’t imagine them being at all useful for anyone of reasonable fitness in younger age groups, especially men with regular man-sized hands. I have to work hard to get the finger-spread loops over my fingers and the ball and ring are barely big enough to give my hands a workout. This set is great for older people, people who need gentle physical therapy, and older children. I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate durability but even if only half of the devices last it was a good value.

This pack is great for grip strengthening which is especially important for older people. I actually bought a second pack so I could exercise both hands at once.

My mom and dad both have carpal tunnel and neuropathy in their hands really bad. These have helped them a lot so far. Their hands will never be perfect or anything, but they are better.

I purchased this product to use while I am on the road to combat the negative effects of typing on my laptop and using a mouse. I have similar sets at home that I use. The quality is what you would expect from a less expensive product. It is not bad just not high quality. The grip strength trainer and the grip & finger strength trainer are the better quality made devices in the set. The other items seem to be just "give aways" to enhance the product value. The finger stretchers are quite small and will be a difficult fit for most men's fingers. They were for mine. And, the finger stretchers also have no weight or tension rating. The stress ball is also smaller and less firm from similar items that I have purchased previously. I would probably not use. If you are looking for an inexpensive set that you plan to replace in the future or use for a limited time, then this set will most likely serve your needs.

I bought this for my 80 yr old parent to keep mobility and strength in their hands. Easy to use but not too easy. They use them during commercials while watching TV. Good purchase.
