Can you safely iron the backdrops?

Yes, you can iron them. After multiple strategies, I put my iron on a fairly high heat setting directly onto the backdrops and have had zero burning.

Are there any basic lighting guidelines/instructions with this?

There was no instruction or anything. It was just a good value for the price its okay! Kind of tough to set up because of the size it is pretty big.

I need instructions on how to fold up the tent. How do I do it?

There's a tutorial on YouTube that explains it. I've not tried it, but heard it is easy once you watch the tutorial. Mine stays set up on a craft table.
