First, there is no tech support that I am aware of AND if you plan to use this for Comcast don't depend on them to figure out what the VOIP setting should be. Net result, for me, no dial tone. The manual that comes in the box is also, in places, has print to small to read though there is an online edition. The native IP is 192.168.10.1 which is outside the domain of most routers and can make connection problematic. Initially my laptop only could connect directly and I had to change the default to 192.1681.4. which is not hard to do but even though the interface is clear enough the values to make the product work with Comcast or any other provider are unclear.
