It’s great because there is no waste at all except for what gets stuck in the holes. With my hand held, the thicker outer layer (not the paper peel) doesn’t go through the crusher. This one crushes the whole clove, which is great! Now if I can figure out how to get what’s stuck in the holes (not a lot but I LOVE garlic and don’t want to waste a drop!
