I recently purchased this **BLACK+DECKER vacuum cleaner and I’m honestly very impressed. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and powerful enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair without any problem. I love how simple it is to empty the dust container, and the compact design makes it easy to store even in small spaces. The suction power is excellent for everyday cleaning, and it works great on both hard floors and carpets. It also saves me time because it’s quick to use and very efficient. Overall, this vacuum is reliable, convenient, and definitely worth the purchase.

We have had one of these for a while, and we use it constantly. Literally every single day. With pets and kids, it's really convenient to have a handheld vacuum instead of using brooms or getting out a big vacuum. A couple of weeks ago the battery started going, where it would shut itself off after a minute. I decided it was time to replace it, so I went back in my orders and found out that I had bought it more than 8 years ago. And this was 8 years of hard use. I ordered the exact same model again, because it's been so reliable for so long. Yeah, it's loud. But it has a long battery life and will suck up pretty much anything, and we haven't had any issues with it for all these years. I hope the new one lasts as long as the last.

Works great! Lots of power and easy to use.

Suction-not great as an only vacuum. Will pick up large debris. Must be flush to the floor/furniature to be effective. Suction with brush is unimpressive. Not great for dusting blinds. Ok for dusting shelves. Will get some pet hair (depending on carpet /fabric) Battery - runs 10-15mins on a full charge. Long enough to do touch up vacuuming throughout house, clean up messes (food "crumbs" from kids, litter, garbage), or clean furniature + under furniture. From what I found, this is about what you should expect from hand-helds. Weight- light enough for me, but I do have to switch arms back and forth as I get muscle fatigue. However, I'm disabled. It is a little too heavy for my 5yo to use. Maneuverability-it can be difficult to do the back and forth motion, as it gets sick on the carpet. If suction was better it wouldn't have to be pushed down to create a seal for suction. Also, the extention allows you to reach a decent distance beneath furniature, but the vacuum will not fit under most furniature (not even my raised bed), and getting in tight spaces is limited by that. Turning the nossle doesn't create much more space. Emptying- it is easy to empty small debri/dust. For large debris and hair is usually necessary to take off the bowl. Ease of use - it is very easy to extend/replace the nossle, it locks securely out and does not slide back in unless you manually do it, and the brush is easy to put into place. The nossle comes off and goes back into place easily. The bowl comes off easily. Charging - easy to place on charger, charges fast, holds a charge while not in use, stops charging once full charge is reached. However, my kids are constantly knocking it off the charger. Durability - it's been knocked off its charger many times and taken no damage. It's sucked up some pretty massive stuff and had no issues. Filters - I love that the filters are easily accessible and easily cleaned. The filters are not great at stopping dust from being pushed out into the air. Empty it before you turn it on every time and it's not an issue. I had actual clouds. Price - well priced for the quality Overall - I am very happy with this product as it is priced. It does the job I wanted it to do (save my back from multiple daily vacuums, clean up kid messes, reduce allergens by making it easy to keep under furniature vacuumed, easily vacuum furniature). The only thing it doesn't do from my wish list is clean blinds and it's not as easy to use as i was hoping, which means it's harder on my body to use than I wanted it to be. Still, I would repeat my decision. I think if they put tiny wheels on the tip, creating a cm gap, that it would be much easier to use.

This is a fantastic dustbuster! The suction is very powerful. Easy to use & clean. Charging is quick & lasts. Loud? Of course! It's a vacuum! But who cares! The suction & charge are what matters & this delivers. Also, it's quite lightweight which is great for my elderly hands. I've owned a few B&D dustbusters in my years & I highly recommend this one!

Better than even expected!! No charge lasting issues! Still charged when finished 15 or more minutes..? Not too loud. Very efficient and easy to use, and charging indicator light. Worth cost, not so much. VERY HAPPY!! :)) Thank you...

Doesn't hold a charge as long as our previous Shark handheld but this B+D has good suction/power. The long nozzle is so great and the brush that flips forward and back is brilliant. No hunting down the attachment. The charging station is the worst, it's like balancing an egg on a small disc. It isn't stable and a stiff wind will knock it off.

We lovvvve this hand vacuum! It's more powerful than our old one so we get to pick up all the little bits and pieces dragged into the house by our 3 cats!

Nice little vacuum but no British plug or adapter? For that it gets a 3* review and not a 4*. Supplier must do better. Clearly know I live in the UK from the delivery address.

Probably one of the best portable vacuums we have ever had. Purchased this model 8 years ago and it’s finally slowly refusing to charge. After buying dozens of these over the years for home and business the 12V and 20V units hold up very well. Pity a previous reviewer didn’t use due diligence in researching his purchase. Caveat Emptor. A simple inexpensive voltage converter cures the differential. This product originates in the US, so logical step would be determine the operating voltage before purchase. Of the myriad of international products introduced the Singapore shores a savvy shopper would know this. Purchased this replacement model before they disappear forever since we can’t find a like unit from a different manufacturer. I am very happy with this unit - the filter is almost indestructible and the longevity is commendable. Sadly, DustBuster has discontinued this model.
