Generally speaking, the mixer body is first buried into the wall, connected to the hot and cold water inlet pipes laid into the wall, and then the handle, the waterfall spout and the decorative panel are installed after testing the water. I ordered this but don’t seem to have the small grub screw or little cap for it. Where can I get these?
