La mejor 100% he perdido muchas libras y reducido tallas. Me tomo una antes del desayuno y otra después de 8 horas, siempre y cuando sea 6 horas antes de dormir, porque me deja eléctrica. Como todo tiene efecto secundario, tal como de vez en cuando mucho calor, sudor, temblorosa en ocasiones, con bastante energía, siento a veces el caliente y cambios de humor, pero de que se nota la diferencia, se nota. La mejor que no me he afectado el corazón ni nada de eso. La recomiendo al 100, pero comiendo saludable, porque tampoco es mágica.

Hace lo que se supone debe de hacer Lo bueno: te suprime el apetito y te da mucha energía qué dura por lo menos en mi persona de 5 a 6 horas,sudas mucho sin mucho esfuerzo,en el gimnasio puedo levantar mas peso y mas repeticiones. Lo malo: te sientes como irritado,como molesto por todo,como desesperado ,se siente un ligero hormigueo en los brazos (manos), aunque eso dura poco tiempo ,no se si termine es frasco solo llevo 3 días.

My experience taking this pill is it gives you too much energy all day. I only want enough energy to get me through my workout which it does, but I don’t want all that extra energy through out the day. It makes me feel weird and a little jittery even after my workouts. I think it has time release which in my opinion is wrong in thermogenic pills because it leaves you feeling all hyped all day. I also notice I have insomnia at night when I take this pill. I only takes once in the morning 30min before workout. So I have to stop talking it so I can sleep better at night. I just want enough energy to get me through my workout and not feel jittery after workout. If you have an extremely tolerance for caffeine then it’s for you. I still give it a 5 star because it may work for some peoples just not me. I feel weird all day and can’t steep at night so I have to stop. It may work for you.

This is my first time using this product compared to other I’ve used. This one makes me feel sick and very jittery after taking one pill about 30 mins to an hour I start feeling very sick nauseous even after eating a small snack or meal. This may not happen to everyone, since every body is different but it’s not for me. I will have to switch to the others I was taking. This one is to strong.
