I like it straight out of the package. I like it mixed in with coffee. I like it out of the freezer like the creator of the product suggested. I like it pre-workout (I felt a little boost) and I like it when I'm busy and can't stop for a meal at the moment. I like it every way I've tried it. I have bought both the regular and the vegan versions and I thought they both knocked it out of the park. No, it IS NOT a sweet treat. If you are accustomed to refined sugars, you are wasting your time. You are guaranteed to not like it. I think that's what the deal is with the bad reviews I've read. Its not sweet, there's a pretty natural flavor to it (meaning tahini, cacao, turmeric) and a bit of grainy texture that was absolutely not bothersome to me. Its smoother than one of the fresh ground nut butters.
