DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
[UPDATE: May 10, 2016} The mop head broke during my third use of this product. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT... Not made well. I will contact the seller and see if they can replace the mop head. We'll see if a new mop head lasts any longer - it's so poorly made. I received this steam system last week and have used it almost every day now. Bought a new home with a lot of construction dust and grime. Pros: 1. It has a wide floor mop which proves to be faster in steam cleaning my tile floors (it covers more surface than the smaller, cheaper steam mops). Saves a lot of time. 2. The steam mop provides a lot of steam and cleans very well. I am very happy with how it cleans my floors. Cons: 1. The handles are cheep and keep popping off at the connection sites. Therefore, you have to be careful to not twist it, as you use it. 2. The smaller attachments and tools that come with this machine keep popping off, due to the pressure of the steam. They don't attach with a strong connection, you press them together. If you logically think about it, they should have used either a thread or a push-pin connection. To get around this problem, you have to keep the tools pressed down on the surface while using it -- to keep the tools from flying off. I've trying lowering the pressure (which keeps the tools on), but then it doesn't clean. I have used almost every tool and none of them stay on very well. It is much easier to use normal cleaning products than this machine. I tried using it to simply clean my bathroom, and all it did was get it wet -- not even hot. I have decided it is easier to use normal cleaning products and a sponge, than this machine. 3. Yes, as other reviewers have said, it is hard to fill up the water tank with such a small hole. It's best to use a funnel, and be sure to tilt it, allowing the air to escape while very slowly filling the unit. 4. There isn't a gage that allows you to see how much water is still in the take. You have to wait until it runs out. 5. The power cord is on one side and the hose is on the other. Therefore, when you are trying to pull the tank around you either are running over the power cord or the hose. To get around this, I just pick the unit up and move it where I want it. Good thing it is light. CONCLUSION: I know I have a lot of cons on this review. The reason I give it three stars is because it really works well as a steam mop! I have tried other steam mops and this works better than any of them. I LOVE the steam mop! Useless for anything else.

Nice Little Machine
I like this little steamer a lot! I was tempted to give it 4 stars but based on its price vs capabilities, decided to give it 5. I cook a lot and my kitchen does not have great ventilation. Because of this, cooking grease and residue builds up on surfaces. I was looking for something compact that was easy to use and powerful enough to blast through the grime. I am very pleased with the results! Not only did it do a great job with the grease but I was also able to use it to clean set in dirt from a threshold and also get baked on residue off of the inside of my oven door! Some of the reviewers have said that the sensor switches from green to red often and while this is true, I did not find it to be an issue - The steam pressure inside just needs to build up while you are using it. While I am sure that there may be more robust models out there, I have found this machine to be useful, easy to handle and includes great accessories for the price. If you are in the market for a light duty, daily cleaning machine, you will be happy with this one.

Not like yesterday's steam cleaner
I took delivery and tried this steamer for a week on many different surfaces. The unit itself is beautiful to look at and well made. My experience with steam goes back to earlier days when I cleaned car engines using this method. The machine I used back then removed grease and oil easily. I expected this machine to do the same only on a smaller scale. It did not. In fact, it hardly removed anything that a good chemical cleaner such as 409 could remove, only faster and with less hassle. I was really disappointed when surface after surface did not respond as I anticipated the machine would clean. Perhaps if the steam temperature was higher, results would improve. But, as it performed, I could hold my hand in front of the nozzle without fear of burning, the stream of steam more like hot water vapor. The temperate indicator on the unit read in the middle of green, the correct degree of heat, so it would seem the unit was performing as designed. I'm sorry to give such a poor report, as I really wanted a steam cleaner that worked. But this top-of-the-line unit was a disappointment. So even as a Prime member it cost me $16.00 in shipping to return it. I returned the unit for a refund.

Really Handy and Gets the Job Done
This steam cleaner is very easy to use and heats up fast. I love that it doesn’t need any chemicals, just water. It works great for small cleaning jobs like the bathroom, kitchen, grout, and tight corners that are hard to clean by hand. It’s lightweight, powerful enough for everyday messes, and comes with useful attachments. I’ve used it a lot already and it’s been very helpful. Overall, a great little cleaner to have at home.

Most reliable steamer of this size I've owned
I have a small cleaning company, and this steamer has been the go-to since I got it and it's easy to use. I've tried others thinking they'd be better, but it's always back to this one. The price is right for doing smaller jobs, but the only drawback is the size of the reservoir. There's a lot of refilling and waiting for cool down to open it and reheating, but it's very mobile and easy to carry as you go, and the cord length is long enough you don't need to constantly switch plugs. I also like the lock for the on position. Since it's steam, it's one of the most efficient ways to clean, although the attachments tend to be a bit clumsy. I know they offer a much bigger model, but for my purposes, this is just fine for now. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to detail clean their own home or anyone who might be doing maintenance cleans as a side hustle.

Unit is over priced***UPDATE*****Buyer Beware
******UPDATE********5/5/23********* I've had this steam cleaner for about 3 months and I am not happy. All of a sudden my steamer is leaking water from the hose where it attaches to the handle. I used to get a good amount of time in between filling my tank but now it lasts only maybe 10 minutes because that much water is leaking out of the hose. Of course with it leaking I have to be careful where I set the handle down at otherwise a puddle will form. I had another steamer made by a different company and it was half the price of this one and it at least lasted two years. For the amount I paid I would expect this thing to work good longer than just over 3 months. And as it always goes, the window with the manufacturer closed just a few days ago. So now I'm stuck with a $200 steamer that's a piece of crap! I would not recommend to family and friends. Dropped 3 stars down to 1. I would like to hear back from a rep from the company to hopefully give me an easy fix to this problem. Don't get me wrong! I just purchased this unit a few days ago and I have been using it nonstop since I got it! It really makes cleaning a lot easier and without chemicals (we could all use less chemicals in our life!). It did come with all the advertised attachments and I had the machine up and ready to go in just a few minutes. I suggest to those who are saying the unit is hard to fill, get yourself a small funnel; it will make filling your tank super easy with zero mess. All the attachments are easy to switch out and you don't accidentally pinch your skin when attaching something! I cannot comment on the longevity/durability on this unit as I have only had it a few days. I love the fact that you can control the amount of steam that comes out. What I am very disappointed in is how long the steam lasts before having to refill the tank. They claim 90 to 120 minutes of steam. I got 20 minutes at best. The next tank I turned the steam strength down and still did not come close to 90 minutes. If it actually did this, I would be amazed. The only reason I bought this unit is my other steamer died on me and the manufacturer did not even bother to respond to my email requesting them to honor their warranty (thanks a lot Pure Enrichment). I loved my old steamer (by old I mean the one I owned prior to this, not that the machine itself was old) and it was $60 cheaper than this one and it did everything this one does and came with a bunch of attachments just like this one. But after less than 2 years of owning it, I filled the tank and plugged in my steamer and I noticed the power light was flashing on and off and I noticed a burning smell. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and switched the unit to the on position but nothing happened. So I was forced to buy a new one. The one big advantage of the Pure Enrichment unit over this one was, they would give you free replacements on the scrub pad attachment as long as you provided them with a picture of your old one that was no longer any good. They mailed me two sets of 2 pads for zero cost. This company wants $9 for one replacement scrubber! So long story short, this is a good unit and it gets the job done however, you can get a less expensive unit that will do just as good of a job as this one. One other thing that this unit's owners manual doesn't talk about is how to wind up the sprayer hose along with the power cord so that everything is neatly tucked away for storage. Oh well. Btw, this unit is made in China. Boo. I expected better from a machine that costs $200.

Steaming Pile
I bought the canister steamer Model 1375 on Amazon and got it on Friday last. I set it up according to the instructions - kudos on the packaging and accessories - filled it with 36oz of water and waited for the gauge to get to the middle of the green indicator before I started using it, even though the manual says it's ready to go once it hits green. The pressure was set to full (which I realised after a bit of experimenting) and the strength coming out of the jet nozzle was pretty good. But it wasn't at all hot. Not even very warm. It was wet, but cool. I did a lot of research on home steamers and bought this one to sterilize surfaces in my home. I have a video I made of me steaming my hand to show just how cool and incapable of sterilization the 'steam' is (not included because reviews only allow one upload). I emailed this review as well as the video mentioned above to the company on Friday and they replied saying that the MC1375 is working properly, that it has to get to a minimum 212 degrees to start steaming and once the steam hits the air, it can feel cool to the touch. They went on to say that I'd need to work close to the surface of what I was cleaning. Colour me confused, but isn't steam supposed to be hotter than boiling water and burn you if you touch it for longer than a few seconds? I took another video of me blasting my hand with steam from the jet nozzle at an even closer range and this time the steam was warm/very warm, but this could have been because I filled the reservoir with hot tap water instead of cold. It's baffling to me that something that is supposed to be hot enough to sanitize surfaces can be touted by a customer rep as working properly and that steam can feel cool to the touch in the air...come on. This response just added insult to injury. I don't know if this is a common issue but I would appreciate some sort of solution, bearing in mind that it isn't economical for me to just return it, as I don't live in the states. Thanks! Great.
I love this, we bought it and completely cleaned all the tile grout and showers in our house. I wish I would have bought the bigger tank size option because this one runs out of water quickly, but it is still amazing.

Equipo confiable

Great Steam Mop
I purchased this steam mop a few weeks ago and so far I am very pleased with it. Does a great job on the floors! It's quiet, easy to use and has a nice long power cord and hose. I find it's much quieter than I expected as well. When mopping the floor its best to hold the steam button down for a few minutes to get the pad saturated before starting on the floor. I actually had to touch the floor afterwards to see if it was wet! It was of course but it doesn't leave much liquid behind so the floor dries quickly, unlike the old style mop I had. Afterward the floors really felt clean, unlike when I use my WetJet mop! I've used it on sealed hardwood floors and ceramic tile. Also worked well to do a quick disinfect of the toilet bowl! Holds enough water to mop all my floors without refilling, which I know is a problem on some models that don't hold as much water. I haven't tried many other surfaces yet but plan to try it on the car soon and see how it does. Definitely happy with my purchase so far.
