I agree, It takes a little while to get this bracelet. But when it came in I was PLEASINGLY SURPRISED! Very sturdy looking, and the engraving was easy to read, on the front and back. The closure is designed to fasten securely. I will say, IF YOUR ARM IS LARGER THAN 7 3/4 to 8 inches, it will most likely not fit. I checked and they could not sell me any links for it. BUT, since it comes with a tool, yes, to take the pins out and reduce the size, I turned around and ordered ANOTHER identical bracelet (for the price, it was a no-brainer) and we can enlarge the bracelet with links from it, plus we will have a backup medic alert with the info on it. 2of these is waaay less than what we paid for the one we got locally.
