The Harbor Freight saw is crap, but it fits in my budget for now until I can upgrade down the road. It's not very powerful but the Diablo blade sliced the wood with ease. I was very surprised at the cut not expecting the finish I had. I think the tear out was minimized greatly because I added the Fastcap Zero Clearance Tape to my miter saw. It's supposed to help with chipout which my miter saw was horrible with. This is my 3rd Diablo blade that I have purchased and soon all my blades will be diablo. I have the 5 1/2 circular saw blade, and a 10 inch 50 tooth combination blade on my table saw. I plan to pick up a rip cutting blade from Diablo soon as the blades are very nice and hold up with minimal deflection.
