Ordered 2 for my daycare and organizing the butcher paper for crafts and decorations is so much easier!

we have 3 of these racks monday one of the racks the wheels broke off. Would like wheel replacement.

I am excited to use it and will write a review on its use after I get it together. The parts could have been labeled, the drawing is a bit crowded and the arms were hard to distinguish top from bottom. One of the poles has a loose seat, the screw spins it instead of going in. It was missing two capped screws. So on assembly, it leaves a bit to be desired. It took a bit more than an hour and it can't be completed until the vertical pole (E) can be screwed in. We are using JB Weld to hold the female seat for the long hex screw. I do need 2 of the capped screws.

Unable to put together and need a replacement part. Unable to get contact information. I need part P-Bracket with a screw. I was sent a defective part and unable to get rack put together.

When I took this rack out of the box, one of the zip ties holding the top to the bottom had broken, leaving the top to bounce around inside and scratch the finish. I went ahead and worked on it anyway, and it was a bear to assemble - some of the holes did not line up perfectly, and took a little elbow grease to get it to work. The instructions are terrible. Once finished, it appears to work great, though. -1 star for arriving damaged, 1- star for bad instructions and assembly difficulty. But the darn thing works.

This is the best option possible for storing and then dispensing craft paper. I like that you can have multiple color rolls all in one place. Considering the weight of the paper, the rack simplifies the process of storing and moving them around. Very heavy and sturdy. I expect that it should last for many years.

This five roll paper dispenser is quite a well received addition to the supply room. It holds rolls up to 36" with the spring loaded tear off blades built in. It is heavy duty and the large base is very stable. A roll of paper is pretty heavy. The top is a flat surface. The casters are strong and roll and turn well. There is quite a bit of assembly but we found that to be fun. We are going to add a cloth measuring tape to the center of the top so you can be sure to get the length you need.

We are only one month into school and all of the wheels are bent! Very nice looking but not at all functional!!!
