Calcium!!!! Fixes Everything Calcium is Good For
This is calcium. It prevents late night leg cramps. It helps the body lose weight. It has healed the bones in my right leg which suffered several impact injuries. I take 2 pellets in the morning and 2 in the evening. The healing is gradual but steady. At first I couldn't miss a dose without being in excruciating pain. Now I can miss a dose but I try not to. I found another supplement I will never do without!
