I came back from Spain with a paella obsession. I immediately ordered this and went to work researching authentic recipes. This pan works so well for every paella recipe I've tried - the soccarat forms nicely on the bottom with perfectly cooked rice every time. Plus, this pan is easy to clean - and was not very expensive. Highly recommend!

Not sure why so many questionable reviews here! I've used this pan 5/6 times and love it. Have had no issues with warping or nonstick coating coming off. If you put so much oil in your paella that it ruins the pan then I'm not sure you're making paella! I did however notice some scorching on the underside of the pan from my stove, but that's commonand does not effect cooking. This pan is 15" and works perfect with my recipe that uses 3 cups of rice, I wouldn't try to add any more than that!

Pans were of decent quality weight wise and seemed to work just fine on my glass top stove. However, they were difficult to clean completely in the area where oil must have heated up more than in other areas. They remain "stained" and my husband is a very proficient and persistant dishwasher! Will be curious how well they do when and if I use them again.

The quality and construction of the pan seemed fine. The gauge of steel was quite thin, but that transfers heat better. The diameter is too large for a conventional stovetop. Our stove's largest heating element is 12". Seeing as the bottom of the pan is larger than that and the metal is thin, the pan cannot evenly cook to the edges. My suspicion is that this pan is best suited for using in the oven.I received this carbon steel pan intending to use it on the grill. It was not clear from the title that the pan was non-stick coated. Teflon is generally not useful in higher heat cooking, and certainly not safe for the grill. So, I returned it.In summary, for under $30, this pan should be fine for using in the oven, but I would not purchase it for stovetop or grill use. The three star rating is a reflection of the quality of the pan (perfectly fine) and also its limited use by design.

Two years down the line, and maybe used 5 times, the coating has failed completely, never overheated, never scrubbed with scourers, just fallen off the pan. And we only found out after we ate from it. Not impressed.

Great pan! I use it for oven baked Paella without any issues. It easily serves 10 ppl Paella as a SIDE DISH. After many uses some of the nonstick has worn out but it still works perfectly!

What a pleasant surprise ... exceeded my expectations, benefits for the money. Excellent value, good quality. Well made. I'm using it on an outdoor gas grill ... measured before I bought this so it fits perfectly. Very easy clean with the no-stick surface.

Siendo europeo, no entiendo lo de las pulgadas, por eso me fio en las medidas en centímetros. Pues en la descripción de este producto son todas falsas y por lo tanto la sartén está demasiado pequeña.
