I started drinking this peppermint tea every evening after dinner which is around 5:30-7, and it’s made a big difference. It helps me feel less bloated, more comfortable, and refreshed after meals. The taste is smooth and minty, and since it’s caffeine-free, it’s perfect for winding down at night without affecting sleep. I highly recommend it.

For me, this mint tea is really good. I’ve tried teas from other plants and herbs, but this one is one of the best. When you drink it warm, it’s perfect for cold weather, helping you feel cozy while leaving a very refreshing sensation in your mouth. It also works well as iced tea, mainly because of that fresh minty taste. It’s especially good for people with certain hormonal imbalances. The taste is very pleasant, like the clean, fresh feeling you get right after brushing your teeth or chewing mint gum. I really enjoy it

Really good for digestion and reducing bloat.
I'm not usually a fan of minty tea, but the taste was tolerable and soothing. I've been bloated for a few days and I was told peppermint tea would help. I drink it about 2-3 times a day taking sips here and there. It really does help soothe the tummy. My bloated is not as bad as it was anymore. Definitely recommend it.
