Q: Are these bulbs UL listed?

The bulbs do not have the UL marking. They have the PSE and CE markings. PSE is the Japanize standard where as the CE is the European standard. The UL mark is often considered to be the equivalent of the marking that is known in the European Union as the CE marking. Compared to UL requirements, it is less strict. Hope this helps.

Q: Are the true green light and not white light with green shaded glass?

They are actually green. I used them at Christmas.

Q: I can never get any blubs to last very long, lamps are old is it the socket or the blubs the problem?

Newer LED bulbs should last much longer than the older incandescent bulbs but you will need to change the sockets on your lamps in order to accommodate the 3- way LED bulbs. ( light from the LED bulbs is much whiter than the old bulbs) I haven’t found anyone selling “warm white” 3-way LEDs yet. Hope this helps.
