The problem is that even though they were delivered in a nice big flat Amazon box, the manufacturer had folded them carelessly into a small, clear cellophane bag. The placemats are creased all over. I have tried laying them flat on my table with a large china plate on the mat, I have tried steaming them, and tumbling them in my clothes dryer. Nothing can get out the creases. It is too late to ship them back but I am very frustrated. What could have been a lovely addition to my Easter table is an embarrassing wrinkled mat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made.
