After six months, the nubs are falling off like crazy. Anybody else?

Yes, I've had numerous pairs of these, and eventually the nubs always start breaking off until they are no longer useful. For me, this happens between 6-9 months of use. If this is a deal breaker for you, then you might try the Adissage 2.0 sandals, which have a different type of footbed, with shorter nubs that don't wear out as easily. BUT the 2.0 does not have arch support like the originals. So there is that trade off to consider. Personally, after trying both I plan to stick with the originals.

Is there a differance between the womens an mens adissage slides ?

The only difference is the size. The women sizes are smaller than the men's.

Do these contain latex?

I don't see where it's shown on the box or the sandals. I would suggest contacting Adidas directly.
