Well with Covid we haven't had any trips to Hawaii, so this was as close as we could get. It's a very large amount of Haupia. But it comes with a little scoop so you can measure and make small batches. Delicious as any you might get at a Luau. Enjoy! Good price too, we had to buy 3 bags to get the great price, so we have enough to last at least a year or two!

I am a texture person. I love the texture of this stuff. Its like soft, airy, creamy jello. the flavor is a mild coconut. Its easy to make and comes out perfect every time. It never lasts long in our house. The price is crazy high, double what it would cost in a store but I cant find it anywhere anymore so I guess I'll take what I can get.

so easy to prepare. I had purchased Haupia in smaller packing before and was very glad to find it comes in these large packages. When I bring some to socials people are reluctant to try it but once they try it there isn't any left or maybe one or two pieces. This is one part of Hawaii I can bring to the mainland.

This mix is great to make a quick, refreshing dessert or cake topper.

Yummy! Very, very easy to make! This is a huge bag so if you don't want to have such a large quantity you may opt for a smaller box size as I did when flying home from Hawaii. However, that size is easily consumed making you wish you had so much more!

So good just like the Haupia at the Luau in Hawaii.
