Great Purchase!
The media could not be loaded. beautiful sound! Love the aesthetic and overall quality of the product. upgraded from one of the cheap suitcase record players. If you are debating on if this is too much money to spend, just spend it. the quality is 100 times better than the cheaper ones and you will notice it. 1000% worth the price (coming from a broke 23 year old) and not as expensive as others but still has a luxury feel to it. Very easy to use!

Blown Away By this Turntable
Alright, folks, let's talk about this Audio-Technica turntable. If you're like me, you've got a stash of vinyl tucked away somewhere and you're ready to dust 'em off and give 'em a spin. But if you're still rocking that dusty old turntable from the 70s, it's time for an upgrade. And let me tell you, this turntable is the bee's knees.I bought this during the COVID times because I really wanted to upgrade from the disappointing turntable I had had since I was 12. I had had Audio-Technica Headphones before, and was pretty impressed with their quality, so I figured this turntable was a safe bet. I'm so glad I went this route -- every time I play a record, I'm yet again impressed by how good it sounds and by how much of an upgrade it is.So let me jump into the review of this turntable: first of all, can we talk about how easy this thing is to set up? I'm not exactly what you'd call "tech-savvy," but I was able to get this thing up and running in about 5 minutes. But the real reason we're all here is for the sound quality, am I right? Let me tell you, this turntable does not disappoint. The music comes through crisp and clear, with none of that annoying crackling or popping that you sometimes get with older turntables. And the fact that you can adjust the tracking force and anti-skate means you can really fine-tune the sound to your liking. And let's not forget about the looks. This thing is sleek and stylish, with a gunmetal gray finish that'll make all your friends jealous. Plus, it's got a cover to keep your records safe from dust and scratches. In conclusion, if you're in the market for a new turntable, do yourself a favor and check out the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X-GM. It's affordable, easy to use, and most importantly, it sounds fantastic. And if you're still not convinced, just think of all the cool points you'll score with your friends when they see this bad boy sitting on your shelf.** As a quick side note, I will say that I paired theses with the Speakers that Amazon suggested -- I believe they are Edifier. I'm pretty happy with this combo, I feel that the sound quality together is fairly pleasing, but that said I feel you can get a similar quality out of any set of good quality speakers. Just wanted to mention what I was working with though.

Great turntable under $200
Nice turntable for the price. I probably shouldn’t deduct a star, but dang it - I think it would benefit from having an adjustable tone arm! I have a couple of albums that I think I could stop the minor skips if only it had an adjustable tone arm. Oh well, as I said, for the price point, it’s actually quite nice. Even most of my 40+ year old vinyl sounds pretty darn good. Better than I expected to be quite honest about it. Super easy to set up. Just throw the included RCA cables in the trash where they belong and get some decent cables and you’re set. Even the “Amazon Basics” cables are light years ahead of the ones in the box. Actually they aren’t bad at all and pretty inexpensive. I’m using them at the moment and not sure if I really need to upgrade.

Sometimes simple is best! Great little unit.
We replaced a very old Audio Technica turntable with this new one. Although the older one had more features such as synchronization lights, pitch control and reverse; this one is fully automatic, while the older (much heavier!) unit wasn't. I much prefer the automatic feature over all of that other stuff that I really never used. This unit is good looking, compact, light and very easy to install. It easily fits into any entertainment center, with room to spare. A provided stereo 1/8 inch plug cable plugs into the unit. The cable splits into two (stereo) RCA plugs for output interface to your amplifier. The best part about this unit, it has a built-in pre-amp. So, whether or not your stereo amplifier is pre-amped for a turntable, this can handle it, either way. Installing the turntable belt was required, but very easy. Just make sure to use the red ribbon at the large square cutout in the turntable. Power is supplied via DC adapter with a 6-ft long cable. Remove the needle cover by pulling it straight back towards you, in line and away from the tone arm. The automatic feature works great. It only has two speeds, 45 RPM and 33-1/3 RPM. The controls are very simple and easy to use. It even turns itself off after the end of a record. It only weighs about 5 or 6 pounds. Includes a 45 RPM record adapter. No Bluetooth. Runs virtually silent, with no noise from the motors. With the great experience we've had from this brand, we're expecting it to last for several years.
