So unless you see that, unfortunately I think one has to assume that it isn’t. :/ I didn’t even think to look for it initially with almond butter, so you helped to remind me. Thank you! **Q: Is the jar plastic or glass?** A: I believe it was plastic. **Q: do they use raw or roasted almond?** A: A. According to Bobby's research ("flavcity nut butters") youtube video there is no such thing as "raw" almonds. Very enlightening to say the least. Waste of money. He does videos on everything. ie Fake olive oil and avocado oil ...most brands are fake. Shocking. **Q: Is it gluten free** A: It is not labeled as gluten free because it is assumed nuts are not processed in the same facility as grain. This butter is pure almonds, nothing else.
