After applying this, my hair were so sticky n heavy. Blue is way more better than red BC hair repair Anyways- you have to apply on dry hair after wash. I used to apply every other day (damaged hair) as adviced by my salon expert along with bcc-root activator. Used blue BC moisture kick for almost 2 years n red was an experiment and it was a waste. **Q: How to use spray conditioner** A: Spary it on after wash towel dried hair. This is instructed. I personally spray it on my hand and apply it on hair as any other cream based conditioner.
