Mostly salted caramel but pineapple very noticeable too. 65% ABV means it has a punch so drink responsibly! Too strong to drink straight so a little ice or mixer is recommended. I'm adding some of this to this years Rumtopf for flavour and strength and to prevent fermentation. I'm hoping it'll go nicely with the Demerara rum.
