Its been a full 7 days now of taking these thyroid supplements. And even though I personally do not have a thyroid problem. I did have weight loss surgery back in 2017. And I know that after surgery I haven't had much energy . I thought it would be safe enough after reading all the ingredients to take. It's been seven days and around day 3 I noticed a big change in how I feel. I do take these pills with other supplements ( just the normal bariatrics pills) but after adding these this past week has just been so productive Im getting a lot more done. Not only do I have a full boost of energy but I just feel like I'm so much more aware and woke. And i know it from taken these thyroid supplements because its the only thing new i added to my daily routine.I found them very easy to swallow. At first I was worried because they did look a little big. That's a big thing for me especially after having weight loss surgery it's harder to swallow pills but these are easy to swallow. No harsh smells to the pills or nasty after taste experienced. I like these so much I'm going to continue taking them. In fact I'm even going to add them on my storefront and suggest them to other bariatric patients or anyone considering having weight loss surgery. In fact i would really suggested them to anyone who has a thyroid issue to try these before considering WLS because I know a lot of people have weight loss surgery because of a thyroid problem. Great product for price.

Hopefully I am not going to hex myself for leaving this positive review. I didn't want to leave a review until I had taken this for at least a month to see if I would notice any difference. I have suspected that I had been experiencing a very sluggish thyroid because I had all the classic symptoms. I was supposed to go do lab work that my doctor ordered, but have yet to make it to the lab, in the mean time I ordered this per all the positive reviews. First, I had been experiencing just general foggy thinking and just being super exhausted, I chalked this up to my age as I am over fifty. I began researching these common symptoms and came across an article about thyroid issues and medications that are usually prescribed, so of course I usually try something natural before I jump on the medication band wagon. I really didn't see a big difference the first few days, but now as a gradual process, I have more energy, I actually can remember where I put my keys or retain something I have read, as an added perk, although not positive, I feel like I have lost weight. I don't own scales, It just seems that my clothes are fitting much looser than before. I eat healthy all the time and just couldn't shake a few pounds I knew I had put on, but yes my summer clothes from last year are fitting nicely. That is a big YaY! Anyway, I hope this helps if anyone is looking for thyroid support.

I have been taking this product for two weeks and giving it 4 stars as I have not lost weight, at least not yet. Pluses I've noticed: aches and pains have greatly decreased, I've been sleeping better, the brain fog seems to be lifting a bit, and I've noticed my mood is improving. Minus: unfortunately, no weight loss - maybe in another couple of weeks? Maybe having Hashimoto's (and being treated for it for years) is the issue? I am exercising, mainly stretch exercises, to build strength. But I am feeling better, so I will continue to take these supplements.Update (4/28/2020): Still have not lost weight, but, I feel so much better! My sleeping is deeper and waking up refreshed. I feel happier. Brain fog has definitely lifted. My only disappointment is that I cannot seem to lose weight despite walking for 2+ miles a day and following daily exercise DVDs (the exercise DVDs target different areas of the body for 5 days, then 2 days off). I am becoming toned from the exercising, but am not losing weight I desperately need to lose. So I probably need to adjust my healthy diet and eat even less??? Nor sure, but I do recommend this product as this has greatly improved aches & pains!

OK, so I have been on these for about a week now and today something weird happened. I took the pill after my meal in less than 5 minutes it kind of blew up in my espophagos and out came all this smoke out of my throat, which tasted horrible and burned my throat. I drank a lot of water and ate an apple right after, to make the taste go away. I will continue to take the pill because I do feel better, but that episode was freaky. Maybe I will just break the pill open and put it in some fruit juice next time. I do plan on ordering more.

I have been so tired all the time - foggy in the head - not able to focus... I'm also a bit anemic so I thought that could be it - so was trying to deal with that. The issue is all my numbers came back fine - my thyroid is within "range", my anemia is in "range". But something wasn't right. YEARS ago I had been taking supplements recommended by my chiropractor and I had energy - was losing weight - was focused but when my doctor found out he made me stop. Since then I've been up and down and reading the reviews on this made me realize while I'm in "range" numbers wise I was still missing something. So based on the reviews - I decided to try this supplement - setting my expectations that it'll take a while to work but I must REALLY need this because within DAYS - my energy is improved, my mind is no longer "foggy" and I'm able to focus. I just feel "normal" - I can sleep, I have energy and best of all I've lost weight!! I've lost about 6 pounds within a few weeks. Because I have more energy I'm able to work out and enjoy walking again so that probably is also contributing to the weight loss. This definitely worked for me and it's a keeper!! Am really enjoying life again!
