I though this chair would help at the office. The seat part is great. The issue I have with the chair is the back. I am 5'8 and the back rest is just to far away to be comfortable. I purchased an additional pillow for support. I which I had purchased one of the other chairs with a different back. If I were larger it may work but the back rest still moves back to far I think even after adjustment.
