This is a delightful dessert for persons looking for an easy to make, low-calorie, low salt option, but be warned it does have a significant saturated fat level (2.5g/serving). The small serving size is also misleading, as the finished dessert is only two cups, which makes four decent sized servings instead of the package's stated eight. This is the first time I have tried the Lemon Mousse, and found it a bit tart.

Very yummy for diabetics

This is an excellent product. It tastes like the mousse products you get in Europe, but are hard to find in the USA. Best of all, it contains no sugar. It has an amazingly good taste considering that it lacks sugar. Even tastes good when made with skim milk. It is also very easy to make, and the cost per serving, which works out to 35 cents per serving is incredibly low (but I think most folks will eat a larger serving than what is suggested on the box). I also recommend the strawberry flavor of this product. However, the key lime flavor had a bit of an artificial taste to it.

Not worth the cost. Very small portions, tastes great but so does Jello Pudding.

excellent treat when you are watching carbs and sugar content.

This was a bit expensive and came with 2 packets. I went ahead snd made both packets and followed the directions. It tasted of chemicals and had a very bitter aftertaste. We couldn’t eat it. The entire thing went in the trash. I would not recommend.
