Color mixed in cold water does not yeild lasting color on things and clothes. So we assume it will coat egg covering nicely when mixed in warm water and used. **Q: Does this have sulphate in it** A: There are no ingredients listed, it comes in a plain in labelled plastic bag, ingredients list should be on listing. **Q: Is this fat soluble** A: Yes **Q: Can this be use in white chocolate?** A: I cannot see why not! It's a good quality food colouring. A top chef on Utube always uses the power colourings stating they are superior. I fully agree with him.
