The original herb for pain, from a great organic herb company.
I like getting my organic herbs from Frontier because I trust the quality of the products I receive from them. When it came to White Willow Bark, I only wanted to get it from them. It's the original Aspirin and pain killer before they came out with synthetics and big pharma. It tastes better than aspirin. You can brew it into a tea form and sip a cup, or you can make a tincture by letting it sit it vodka or vegetable glycerin for about 3 months, shaking it daily. I prefer the alcohol method personally as I think it extracts the healing properties better than the glycerin does, especially when dealing with roots. You can always add mint to the root while making the tincture to add a better flavor to the tincture. Peppermint has a lot of health benefits as well.

Old school medicine
So I like things that are natural. My great-great-great grandma taught me about different herbs and home remedies, and this being one of them for pain, like if you have a headache or something, you steep the tea. I always add peppermint on the bottom cand then I usually use honey, but I only use the honey with the honeycomb in it. No sugar. N cream. If you like it, but it does work. I haven't had any major pain ( i use a white ghost flower for that. That's another story and hard to find, but when I get it, I make a concoction out of it.)that I've utilized it on muscle soreness and pain. And so far it's worked.

Best thing since life on Earth!
I love this tea so much I bought it 3x in the last two months!!! Here's a life hack: after using the tea for its first brew, you can use it for a second brew. After using it for the second brew, you can put the used tea mix into a linen bag and dehydrate it. A small part of the dried and used mix is excellent for adding to organic herbal smoke blends. The remainder of the used dried tea is amazing for an anti-microbial potpourri! Or grind it down to a fine powder and use it as a luxuriant mid-bath exfoliant! I've made dryer balls and shoe dehumidifiers from this stuff, and the worst thing that can happen is it spills and now I've sentenced my vacuum cleaner's air filter to a lifetime of smelling like heaven. What a burden to have a sanitary multi-purpose mix that looks like dirt and smells like angels! Woe is me!

Full bark
I gave this a 5 star....I am impressed that it did calm my anxiety a bit, it did calm the ache in my back and arms for about 2 hours, but also tighten my sinuses within an hour of drinking it , not a good feeling already have sinus issues. To me, it tasted just ok, to one of my adult children, he said it was not a good taste. My other son said it gave him a 5 hour sore throat, said the tea needed to be sweetened. I cannot purchase again due to the reaction I had with the sinuses. Otherwise I would purchase again due to the calm feeling and the less achiness.

Exactly what I needed!
I have used White Willow Bark for years as a natural anti-inflammatory. It is the natural form of aspirin and it much easier on the stomach. I haven't had any for quite awhile but my back went out and my husband started having bad nerve pain about the same time. I found this on Amazon and got it. It really is amazing. It is organic and very inexpensive. It is sifted so you don't have a bunch of powder in the bottom of your glass. It isn't particularly tasty but it isn't horrible either. I use about a tablespoon in a teaball, and let it steep about 5 minutes. It worked so well. It took the pain away within about 10 minutes for both of us and I only needed it for a couple days and my back was fine again. My husband's pain is still there but not as bad. Damaged nerves take awhile to heal. For myself, this was very nice and fresh, and helped a ton.
