Quit working completely after minimal use. It was fully charged but wouldn’t turn on at all. I had to email 3 times to get a response from Zerhunt. Even though it was under “1 year warranty”, they wouldn’t repair or replace and only offered a partial refund. Two of these vacuums had same problem. Won’t buy this brand again.

Light weight

The product is wonderful. Used it all the time. Battery life is amazing. Attachments are great. That said, when first one was delivered it didn't work. Turn around on replacement was outstanding. So you can imagine my upset when it stopped working!I'm was very careful about cleaning and keeping filter clear, so that was not the problem. Is this product one that is not reliable? Please advise me on what can be done. Thank you

It’s just not powerful at all

Battery life isn’t great

Bought it while one sale in October 2019 and used it maybe once. It is now May 2020 and it's definitely dead, as someone else mentioned I thought it was the battery that wasn't fully charged but it's definitely the vacuum as I left it charging overnight. Turns on for 5 seconds then cuts off and the charge light flashes. Spend your money elsewhere.

I accidentally dropped my dust buster, it broke. Had to replace. Saw this and went for it. Love the washable filter, all the tools and it seems better than the vac I had!!! So far am happy I have this one instead of my other one!!!Update! I changed to love, instead of like! This vacuum is probably used everyday!!! The metal filter is so awesome! I do not wash it every time I clean it. But I do vacuum it off with my house vacuum and it is clean!!! The suction is so powerful! Only really use 2 of the tool heads, brush and crevice. Nice to know I have options though. I keep the others in the provided bag. But store the vacuum and power cord in my laundry cart, top shelf per easy access!!! The charge does last a long time. I am back to getting another one for a gift! Saw my review and had to update! So happy I accidentally broke my Dust buster!!! This is the best design and brand!!!

It works as advertised, i keep it in the car because i work in a sandy area, and it does a good job of picking it up. Not the best for hair but its not really meant for that.
