Perfect to have on hand for a large group.
We have a lot of gatherings with appetizers and entrees that use wasabi, so the small cans they offer at the supermarket don't last nor are cost effective for our needs. This can will last for a good number of gatherings and allow me to use it in my recipes when I want to spice up the dish a little more. Makes a great wasabi paste for sushi and seared fish dishes as well as in sauces for many different dishes.Great price, great product. :)

WASABI Chips
You may want to ignore me. I am not using this product as it was intended. I am looking for an alternative to Wasabi chips since they no longer appear to sell them in our stores. Putting the powder directly on a chip did not give the full flavor I was looking for. There is plenty of heat but a lot of flavor.

DON'T PURCHASE!!!
It may be "Real" Wasabi as claimed but if it is, it's in such a micro amount that I literally couldn't even taste any Wasabi in it other than a gritty compound of other ingredients included as follows: Horseradish Powder, Mustard Powder, Corn Starch, Sorbitol Powder, AND FINALLY... Wasabi Powder with Coloring (FD & C Blue No. 1, FD & C Yellow No.5) PFFFT! Definitely not worth the price. OH, and it's non-refundable but Amazon was nice enough to refund the amount without returning the said product... if you want to even call it that. It's going to the landfill.

Will get the job done but I prefer what I get when I go out over this.
Alright but it's really gritty if you mix it to the consistency of what you'd get from a restaurant. If you dilute it more its okay but then is runny. Flavor wise, its also only "okay" and I taste mostly horseradish but you can tell its definitely not the same.
