I see this book is neatly edited reference book for those who have an eye on improving orientation of coloring, expanding idea exploration. For each well done design and design layout, It would be quite helpful to add qr code strips for each crucial point that author recognizethat reader, designer, student could explore more from the pages.

Brilliant, detailed instructional content, yet poorly proofed
I bought this because I was struggling to find good information online about composing sketch presentations to make compelling and communicative layouts for my portfolio. This book is brilliant, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to present visual content. The content is excellent and the authors do a great job of explaining exactly what grabs attention and why. It is a beautifully designed book, and often references its own layouts across chapters to point out successful composition and sketch features. From gestalt principles to sketch techniques for different aspects of the product design process, this is a deep dive into communicating sketches for industrial designers. While the visual and type content is beautiful and contains excellently defined case studies, it does have quite a few typos and type formatting mistakes that interrupt the otherwise seamless learning experience of reading this book.

Very few books aim at helping to produce visual presentations, and this one is excellent.

Bad philosophy!!!
I bought this book as an example for my teaching and research as a bad example of sketching purpose. The philosophy of this book is generally ridiculous...the idea of intentionally creating "dramatic", "dynamic", "extreme" sketches for "effect" to persuade and sell and market and create false emotion is not only a waste of time (and a client's money), but ethically questionable for any designer. "Selling" the idea of a product design by this method of manipulating sketches to make the product look more attractive or compelling or visually appealing is downright dishonest. The authors' two other sketching books are excellent in general...they should have stopped there!!!

Buen título!
Los temas de éste capítulo están enfocados en la presentación ejecutiva de un proyecto de diseño, ya no se mete tanto en técnicas de representación. Como forma parte de un volumen de libros, parece ser que éste es el último.

Great addition to any design and drawing library.
Absolutely fantastic addition to my design literature library. Makes a great expansion on the original Design Sketching book by Koos Eissen, and compliments Scott Robertson's How to Draw and How to Render.

Recommended sketching guide for Product/Industrial designers.
An interesting book that is a good guide to what can be achieved if you can sketch well and have an eye to layout. I have been sketching for 30 years ad still leart a number of tricks.
