SUPER yummy!
This sauce is SO freaking good. I'm glad it came in mild, I was able to add a small amount of heat for me, and make it super spicy for the hubby. It tastes like the Tika Masala from my local restaurant, but my husband can actuary eat this one because it doesn't have onion, something he's allergic to. It's super easy to use, pair with some rice and Naan and you have a quick, easy, dinner. It's a great weeknight dish with a weekend feel😋

❤️ So Easy
It’s so easy to cut up some chicken and onion, or just veggies, and then add the tikka masala sauce for a delicious meal. Really elevates the meal.

Good but needed some "doctoring up" as my mom used to say
Like the sauce, but needed some additions to REALLY like it -- it's very sour so I added some honey, it's too thin for my taste, so I put some half and half in the jar after I emptied it into the pan to get all the sauce out, but also to add flour to the half and half while cold and then put the lid on and shook the jar really good.So added that to thicken, added more half and half to mellow it, added honey to sweet a bit, and added garam masala just because that seemed like the thing to do. So -- then it was great. Lots of changes, but a good base to start with, which is the part I don't know how to/don't want to do. Oh -- and I added cooked till very tender cut up chicken breast and put over basmati rice which I've learned how to cook perfectly, with a little cumin seed added like in the restaurant we get Indian food does. Then DELICIOUS

Great quick recipe for chicken!
I bought this sauce on a lark, figuring I'd try it with chicken -- it was GREAT! I followed the recipe on the jar, sauté 1 1/2 lbs of chicken pieces in a touch of oil, cut up until brown, add the sauce until it's bubbly and serve over rice.Perfection! I'm not experienced with Indian cuisine, so this was an easy way to try something new.Excellent flavor, not too hot/spicy. Definitely something to keep in my cupboard for those days when I want something different.

Best tasting but OILIEST substance ever!
This is hands down the single best tikki masala sauce I have ever had--from a jar or in a restaurant. The problem is the oil content. I first used this a a simmer sauce and it was so oily that I actually gagged when trying to swallow. I kept telling myself how good it was (trying ti employ mind over matter), so I could get it down, but no go. I was determined not to waste this sauce, so I decided to use only a tablespoon of it (mixed into the water) to flavor a batch of rice. Though I had waited several days to get my system over the initial trauma, it still did not work. Mind you, I used very little to season a whole batch of white rice and still, when I tasted it, I gagged. I was still so traumatized by the oil--or the memory of it--that I could not eat it. I also managed to spill a few drops of this stuff on the outside of the jar and, let me tell you--even DAWN did not completely remove the residue from the jar or my hands!!! I honestly do not know how to solve the oil problem as it permeates the sauce. Even trying to skim the pooled oil off the top would not help. If this company has other sauce products, I certainly am willing to try them--but not for some time! :))

Not overly salty.
I am not on a low sodium diet, but I appreciate this after so many sauces that are overly salty.
