I personally add a spoon of Beef Broth concentrate to 3 scoops of this and have a tasty warm cup in the morning and afternoon. The benefits to skin and hair will show, just give it a few months, things that happen today with skin, hair, collagen tend to not show until 5-6 months or so of consistent use. Give it time, you WILL be rewarded by sticking with it.
