Usually soaps have no expiration date, since are mainly composed from oils and acids (exp date is indicated on the packaging due to legal requirements). On the packaging is printed a date of 050417, which I can not tell if it is the expiration date or the manufacturing date. However I use them daily for about 3 years and I have found no side effects. Additionaly, I have checked the ingredients shelf life and it is reported (http://www.cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_6388321361.html) that all of them are very low hazard substances. I want to purchase this product. When does it expire?

This bar is the most drying soap I have ever used. It wasn't good for my skin. It left me red and flakey. It came from out of the country and took forever to get here. Try something else.
