The media could not be loaded.  The new blade design is much quieter, develops more mower in the lower wind speed range. Come with all required parts except your boat wiring.The customer support, sales and technical suppot is top notch. Live person, knowledgeable, and willing to assist. The support is second to none. 90 days after installation I went back to test the unit after noticing the batteries it was connected to were no longer staying charged, only to discover that the unit was only putting out ~5V as opposed to the 14.1V listed in the specifications. The manufacturer is currently giving me the run-around on my request for a warranty swap, claiming this is expected behavior.I will update my review if I am able to exchange it for a working unit - but running into this sort of issue (with both the hardware and their support team) only 3 months in doesn't fill me with confidence.

Pay for a better product I attempted to reach customer service 5 times all times I have been told someone will reach out still haven't heard from them. With 25-30 knots of wind mounted on my sailing vessel I get at best 80watts. I do have to say it is quite and I am happy with that but it's performance is terrible. Also has a really high start speed fellow boaters with other brands will be charging and our still won't be.

this is a fine product and performs to spec or at least mine does.ignore the reviews from people claiming that it doesn't put out its rated output They obviously lack the technical skills to properly load test a wind generator.You cannot calculate output based on how well it's charging your batteries because your battery's will be the limiting factor. a wind generator will only produce the amount of energy that's being drawn from it So if your battery charger is only taking 80 watts of energy then that's all you're going to get from the wind generator.You need to use a proper load tester to determine the maximum output of the generator and mine easily meets specs.I test these things all the time. except I test them on the bench. I connect the generator shaft to a belt driven motor that can accurately simulate wind speeds from 5 mph to 100 miles an hour.The output of the generator is then connected to a load tester.The bottom line is this is a decent wind generator, it might be a bit more expensive than it should be.

This is very balanced and the factory got back to me right away in regards to lithium set up on my boat. Quality is far better then units you see here on amazon but you do pay for it

I got the product , primus air silent.2 different part bags, one primus other shark generator screws.no manual in the box.and blades are not blue blades.i am confused.

Doesn’t give out the advertised power! Requires lots of wind to begin producing power. But quite 🙄. Awful lot of money for the less than satisfactory results!

The packing slip indicated I received Box 2 of 2. The contents only made up half of what was pictured. The instructions were labeled Part 2. Where is Box 1 of 2? Is that where the rest of my product is?
