I have so many expensive enough shoes that didn’t fit properly. As a size 5.5 I have found it difficult to get that size with shops not doing half sizes so I had to chose between 5 & 6 and some 5s fit me and sometimes I need a 6. The 5 almost always fits in the store but when I start wearing them, they hurt my toes. I have several size 5s which I couldn’t wear but now 😁 I can stretch them and they will be perfect. I’ve done two pairs already and they are great. It is important not to overstretch them in length because they will gape at the sides if they are stretched for too long. I did mine at the beginning for overnight; about 12 hour and they just needed another night. If the shoes are not leather it might overstretch them. I would have no hesitation to recommend this to anyone requiring a shoe stretcher.
