These are decently constructed and I was OK with the poor dimmer spread initially, but the flickering at low setting is unacceptable.The dimming slider works fine, but only really operates on 50% of the slide(if that makes sense). You'll find that fine tuning the dimness has you trying to slide the slider 1/10000 of a millimeter to get it where you want it.Once you get down to a fairly dim setting, the lights will all flicker in unison when there's any kind of electricity interruption(AC kicks on, etc).Not a horrendous product considering how much cheaper this is than alternatives. I'm going to return and just pay the $18 a pop for supposedly better ones.

Does not work with LED lights. Wasted so much time and money and even replaced the lights. End of the day and few $100 later, realized it is a awful switch. Bought one from Home Depot Lutron brand and worked beautifully instantly. Do not buy if you have LED.

I found these switches to be very cost effective for dimmers that work with LEDs and that also support 2-way and 3-way hookup. The design is good in that it support LED, has a trim setting to adjust to different bulbs and the ability to use in a 3-way setup. I do have problems, but I'm not sure if it is the bulb or the switch. The lights sometimes flicker, and this is true for few bulbs (2-75w equivalent) or many bulbs (8-75w equivalent). At first I thought I could eliminate the flicker with the trim setting, but later could see that this was caused by small fluctuation in the line voltage. When my bidet seat is running the lights flicker in sync with the bidet seat. This is rather annoying, but I cannot be sure what device is at fault. The bulbs are rated as dimmable.

Beginning to replace the 13 a rocker dimmer switches installed by our electrician on our new home.The reasons I bought Bestten switch :1) looked like it would be an exact replacement for current switch. Looks ok and works. 2) at about $10 they are half the cost of a Levittown dimmer rocker.The bad news is the current rocker switches made in China are poorly made ( the plastic rocker breaks and the switch has a ball bearing that falls out when the plastic cracks…. The Bestten switch is also made in China, looks like it is built the same; and is similarly cheap. I expect some will fail in 2 yearsThe durability ? Too early to tell…. Relatively easy to replace. Maybe Bestten made the plastic stronger?

Bought the 6 pack of dimmers for LED, have all installed on single pole function LED recessed dimming light (one per switch so about 10W draw). 2 have failed already with flicker and buzz. I have tried to adjust minimum function to no avail. Not impressed. Update 5/30/21 Bestten reached out and actually credited me for the 2 failed switches so Kudos on that HOWEVER… I have had 2 more stop working properly. I would strongly advise to stay away from these cheap products and buy one better made.

This [6 Pack] BESTTEN Rocker Dimmer Switches are a good price and do work with LED dimmable bulbs. However; one of the 6 did not function correctly. I installed all 6 and 5 work well. I did have to use the adjustment wheel to make the slider work correctly. This is a good feature. But on one of the 6, no matter how I adjusted, I could not get the dimming slider to work correctly. I could set the low end but the bulbs would go out when I slid the slider to the right until about half way, then they would come back on at about 1/4 (estimate) brightness and the slider would work the rest of the way to max. Amazon was helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. Would be 5 stars if all of them worked correctly.

Adding to this, and two stars, as I purchased a Eaton dimmer switch from Lowes and got worse results. I then put the Eaton in my bathroom which has GE Refresh A19 LED bulbs and all worked well. My guess now is that the”dimmable” LEDs I have are not good (also purchased from Amazon).Returned these. Spent about 30 min. installing and trying to get to work. Lights came on but only when dimmer was set above 2/3. When the dimmer was lower, the they would not come on when the rocker switch was turned on. So, the “dimming” function of these was very little. Also, they made the lights flicker when below 50%. The lights are dimmable LED MR16.

I picked up a 6 pack of these, living in a house that seems to have a massive need for dimmer switches, the reviews were good and the style is very nice. I've installed 3 so far and probably going to end up ordering another box of them so everything in our house is uniform. Great switches.

J'ai utilisé 6 dimmers pour mon cinéma maison et je suis pas satisfait du tout du produit. La gradation de l'éclairage est saccadé et le gradateur fonctionne pas bien du tout. Je suis technicien de scène et je comprend la technologie utilisé. Je sais que ce n'est pas évidents de gradué l'éclairage d'un LED, mais j'ai faite l'achat de dimmer de compétiteur que j'ai payé plus chère et qui fonctionne mieux que ceux là!Je les utilisent sur des lumière GU10 au LED. Je ne recommande pas ce produit, mieux vaut payer plus chère et avoir de la qualité. Je me demande si avant de mettre sur le marché de tel objet, si il font des tests avant, et ceux qui disent que sa passe le test est-ce qu'ils utiliseraient ce produit dans leur propres maison??

I have purchased and installed a bunch of these dimmers. Love them, super easy to install. The dial allows you to set the lowest setting of your LED lights (as this varies amongst bulbs) - once set, when you dim the lights it automatically goes to the lowest setting (as opposed to off). The only thing I have noticed with them is that they are an "off-white" as compared to standard decora switches - but barely noticeable.

This dimmer was found defective or is not compatible whit some Incarled pot lights that were purchase on Amazon.The lights were flickering and flashing when operated......Therefore l installed a Lutron dimmer and corrected the situation! They are way more expansive but they work everytime on any kind of lights....

Not compatible with most of my dimmable leds. Lights either twinkle or go from full brightness to very low light, with no in between.Also, the little sliding button is rather stiff and all sharp edges, not pleasant at all to use.Will throw at the garbage and install a higher end model.

I installed one . The design is odd.since it's located as the bottom of the switch, and it's surface is not smooth. each time i turned off the light, it rubbed my finger which is not comfortable. This is very annoying! i returned it.
