Oriental Carpet Mouse pad - Authentic Woven Carpet - RED Tabriz Design

Very cute. Works fine with my optical mouse despite the slight texture.

It's not a bad mouse pad, and at least it's not just screen-printed, which so many "mouse-rugs" are. This a mouse pad with a nice woven piece of fabric with fringe glued to the top of it. The pictures show the texture of the mouse pad pretty well but I'm also including a photo of the edging close up. Not exactly what I wanted, but way better than most brands I have found.I have not had any problems with using the mouse either. It's small, as you can see in the photos, but I actually have a small space so that was ideal for me. I've included a photo of the mouse pad with my mouse so you can see. This is a normal-sized mouse. I have a big wireless one that would probably not work with it so keep that in mind.My two complaints, which I think are significant, are the following: first, it's quite expensive for a tiny mouse pad. This is especially true given the second issue: the design is different from the photos. I was already wary since the item shows pictures of several different patterns but doesn't let you select a color. It said "RED Tabriz design" when I bought it, so I assumed it would be the red design pictured. It was not. I've included a photo of the design I received. This mouse pad was make in Turkey, and the packaging indicates that it's a Kayseri design. Tabriz rugs are Iranian, not Turkish (I've learned a lot about Oriental Carpet patterns in the last few weeks lol).I'm leaving it at 4 stars since it works well with my mouse and fits perfectly in my space but I did want to leave a review so you all will have more information before you purchase. I would not have wanted to give it as a gift, because the packaging was not great and the cover was bent and torn. It says it's Fair Trade Certified, which is nice, but there's no way of checking that.Overall I would recommend it, but I was really hoping to have one that matched the photos. That's a really lovely design.

This is adorable. I have one beside each of my computer "stations" at home and in my office. It makes me smile. I use it for my mouse (even though my mouse really doesn't need it) and as a coaster.

LOVE this mousepad. So nice and my mouse glides perfectly.

My mistake as I tho't the Mousepad would be larger. I should have noticed the measurements.
